The 30-Day Rest Challenge
Welcome to Day 1, and congratulations on taking a meaningful step toward better rest by signing up for this 30-day challenge (The calendar is at the end of this email).
So how does this work?
For the next 30 days, you'll receive a daily email with one rest practice to try. You're welcome to follow the daily prompt or adapt it to your own needs for the week's theme. The schedule is at the end of this!
We will also have 3 group check-in calls so you can meet each other in a live call and exchange learnings. Each call will have a guided meditation exercise and we will have a roundtable format for knowledge sharing together to recap the weekβs rest theme.
The structure:
The challenge is divided into 3 parts, with each week focusing on rest for one area:
Body, Mind or Emotions.
We'll draw inspiration from The 7 Types of Rest framework (by Dr. Saundra Dalton-Smith).
