Part 1: Tea Blending for a Calm Mind with Agnes

Learn about the properties of the medicinal herbs specifically curated for the Wintery season, while creating your own unique blend. Each participant gets a curated tea kit sent to their home. All ingredients are organic and grown at the Nordiska Örter farm in Uppsala, Sweden. This is mindful creativity in action, engaging all your senses in a natural yet playful practice that celebrates the season.

You can expect:

  • Learn medicinal properties of herbs that calm the mind

  • Mix your own tea blend

  • You will receive the tea blending kit via mail before the course starts 📬

Part 2: Practice Mindfulness with Jocie

With the newly brewed teas in hand, we move onto guided practices to help your mind actually slow down. We'll cover techniques for releasing mental loops, creating space for creative renewal, and building rest into your rhythm (not just your calendar).

Through guided group connection and self-reflection practices, discover how mental rest doesn't have to only feel serious or heavy—it can be curious, light, and even joyful.

You can expect:

  • Rest that’s not sleep or silent meditation

  • Theory on different types of rest for the Mind (Mental, Creative)

  • Understanding mental rest vs. distraction, when your brain needs stimulus vs. silence, recognizing cognitive load and decision fatigue
