Winter is the season of rest, reflection and creative renewal. This season naturally slows us down. Aligning with it means to let your mind go slow, reflect without rushing into creating, and reconnect with deeper purpose before spring's demands return.

Our Winter Flow workshop will teach you how to develop your mindfulness and rest practices through guided self-reflections and herbalism. In this 2-hour digital session, you will learn easy mindful rest techniques that are not just sleep or silent meditation, and herbal tea-blending. Suitable for beginner levels.

Date: February 11th, 2026 from 18:00-20:00 CET.

Early bird price (ends Jan. 1st, 2026): 595 kr
Regular price: 650 kr

You will receive your own tea-blending kit in the mail as part of this course.

Limited spaces available to ensure an intimate, connected experience.
There must be a minimum of 4 people booked for us to run this online workshop.

The Program

A woman giving a presentation in a room with a large screen behind her. The screen displays the text "Sleep ≠ Rest" and a photo of a man with a tired expression, resting his head on his hand.

Part 1: Mindfulness Practice with Jocie (6-7PM)

Begin with meditative grounding exercises that invite you to play with the concept of rest. Yes, play! Our mindful rest practices will teach us how to be in the moment - not in the past or future - and prepare yourself for the shift to spring.

Through guided group connection and self-reflection practices, discover how mental rest doesn't have to only feel serious or heavy—it can be curious, light, and even joyful.

You can expect:

  • Rest that’s not sleep or silent meditation

  • Theory on different types of rest for the Mind (Mental, Creative)

  • Understanding mental rest vs. distraction, when your brain needs stimulus vs. silence, recognizing cognitive load and decision fatigue

Multiple hands are holding a large colorful bouquet of various flowers including yellow, pink, purple, white, and orange blossoms with green foliage.

Part 2: Tea Blending with Agnes (7-7:45PM)

Learn about the properties of the medicinal herbs specifically curated for the theme, Winter Flow, while creating your own unique blend. Each participant gets a curated tea kit sent to their home. All ingredients are organic and grown at the Nordiska Örter farm in Uppsala, Sweden. This is mindful creativity in action, engaging all your senses in a natural yet playful practice that celebrates the season.

You can expect:

  • Learn about the medicinal properties
    of herbs

  • Mix your own tea blend

  • You will receive the tea blending kit via mail before the course starts 📬

We reserve the last 15 minutes of the full program for Q&A and Conclusions.

  • Agnès Brosset (Dr.) is the founder of Nordiska Örter, Sweden’s first herb market garden dedicated to the cultivation of medicinal plants. With a PhD in plant ecology and years of hands-on experience growing herbs, she combines scientific knowledge with deep respect for traditional herbalism. Agnès grows, forages, and processes all her herbs by hand to preserve their potency, aroma, and color, offering Sweden a high-quality, local alternative to imported herbs. Through her work she inspires others to live more naturally and locally, reconnecting with the wisdom of plants and the rhythms of the land.

"I created Nordiska Örter to live close to the land, and offer something simple but rare: local, potent herbs full of life. They are medicine, yes, but they’re also food, joy, and a way of remembering our place in nature.
