Welcome to Day 0, and congratulations on taking a meaningful step toward better rest by signing up for this 7-day rest reset challenge!

So how does this work?

For the next 7 days, you'll receive a daily email with one rest practice to try. You're welcome to follow the daily prompt or adapt it to your own needs.

The week’s reset will cover rest practices for a specific area of you:

Day 1-2: Rest for your Body
Day 3-4: Rest for your Mind
Day 5-6: Rest for your Emotions
Day 7: Integrated Rest

I recently presented my own journey on Redefining Rest at different public events including as an interactive seminar at Creative Mornings Stockholm. Here I share the genesis of this interest of mine and why I want more people to see rest in a different way. My own framework for rest for the body, mind and emotions is inspired by The 7 Types of Rest as coined by Dr. Sandra Dalton-Smith in her book Sacred Rest.
